Welcome to Rob Jones – Head of Housing and Homes
With over 35 years’ experience in social housing, in both operational and leadership roles, Rob Jones, joined SJOG at the beginning of July as Head of Housing and Homes, Rob leads our Property Services and Intensive Housing Management Service across the country.
Having worked in and with some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable communities across the North East, Rob is passionate about ensuring those in need have access to good quality housing with the right support to enable them to thrive and lead the lives they desire.
Rob said, “I am thrilled to have joined SJOG. The progress the charity has made over the last four years in supporting people who need our help is inspiring and is making a huge difference to people’s lives. I am delighted to be working alongside a dedicated and committed team at SJOG who provide a vast range of services, making a difference every day.
Over the next 12 months, my focus will be to ensure SJOG continues to develop and provide excellent services to the people we support, whilst building relationships with colleagues, partners and getting to know the people we serve so they can help shape how we deliver services in future.”
